What Are the Bigpond Mail Server Settings?
Mail server settings are important for all types of webmail including Bigpond webmail. Here we will explain the incoming and outgoing server details. Incoming server are two types: One is IMAP and other one POP.
IMAP
and POP are both incoming server of webmail but they have something different.
IMAP has the feature to synchronize with the email server. It means that
whatever users will perform include delete, compose and other activities will
be saved on all devices.
On
the other hand, POP cannot synchronize with the webmail service. It means that
whatever users will perform whether composing, deleting and other activities
